General guidelines and instructions

• Application form shall be sent in the prescribed format to the concerned forest office through the head of the institution.
• Only one camp will be allowed to an institution during a financial year.
• Preference will be given to the institutions from the adjoining localities of the protected area.
• The location for the camp within the division will be decided by the Wildlife Warden.
• The ideal number of participants in a camp is 35 including accompanying staff.
• Duration of camps will be 2 /3 days.
• The department will retain the freedom and authority to cancel the camp if any indiscipline is noticed from the part of the participants.
• Whoever wishes may carry with them camera, torch light, leech socks, light warm cloths etc.
• No vehicle safari is part of the camp
